In addition to making our products we provide Sawing process, Kiln Drying process, Molding process, Finger Jointing and Laminating process.

Sawing Process

There are three stages that will be passed by the wood in the process at the sawmill, namely trimming (cutting), cleavage (splitting), and bandsaw.

Kiln Drying Process

The Kiln Dry process has proven that after the wood has gone through the drying process, the wood will become stronger, stable in shape and maintain its quality for a long time.

Molding Process

Our molding machines use 4-6 blades on the top, bottom, left, and right sides to form wood profiles such as Shiplap, T&G, and Omega.

Finger Jointing Process

The finger joint process is the joining of boards with a length of 1-2 meters to produce a product that can reach 13 meters in length.

Laminating Process

Finger Joint Laminated (FJL) will go through the process of joining many small woods to produce larger and wider wood products. This FJL is an environmentally friendly and sustainable product because it is made from small pieces of other wood production.
