Stepping Towards Progress: Inspirational Stories from the Land of the Rising Sun

For the first time, Buana Triarta collaborated with one of the buyers in Japan through a workforce training program. This aims to enhance the skills, knowledge, and experience of Indonesian operational workers while also helping to address the shortage of labor in Japan.

Three months in Japan have carved unforgettable stories for three colleagues from Buana Triarta. They are Imam, Zaen, and Baidi, who enthusiastically share their journey.

Imam, with pride, recounts his experience learning and assisting Sun Body, one of the flooring suppliers for the renowned company, FUSO. "Learned a lot and gained knowledge to Japanese standards," he says with enthusiasm.

Zaen, with full enthusiasm, reveals his greatest impression of discipline and efficiency in the Japanese work environment. "Every second is valued, every step is well organized," he says. He also highlights the importance of open communication and the courage to admit and apologize for mistakes.

Baidi, while facing the challenges of winter and cultural differences, found valuable lessons about caring for and taking responsibility for work equipment. "In Japan, I learned to love and take care of the machines I use," he says with admiration.

From all the accumulated experiences, they all agree that learning in Japan will help them make a greater contribution to Buana Triarta. Zaen emphasizes the importance of improving quality and better work procedures, while Baidi focuses on more optimal machine maintenance. Imam, smiling, states that a deep understanding of product functions will bring significant positive impacts.

For them, this experience will provide valuable contributions to their work at Buana Triarta. From quality improvements to more efficient work procedures, they have many ideas to implement in their workplace. Additionally, the desire to bring humility and a spirit of continuous learning remains their focus.

But, there's no place like home. Baidi and Zaen miss the togetherness with family in Indonesia, while Imam finds the peace he seeks there while imagining indulging in the Indonesian food he misses. However, they all see that this experience has changed their views on career and professional development.

And for friends interested in following their footsteps, they all suggest that a treasury of words and thorough preparation are the key. Language and communication skills also play an important role, and they emphasize the importance of learning to adapt.

During the extraordinary three months in Japan, they have found more than just work experience. They have found friendship, life lessons, and inspiration that they will bring back to Indonesia. And with hearts full of gratitude, they are ready to continue their journey at Buana Triarta, bringing with them all that they have learned and experienced in the Land of the Rising Sun.
